We’re seeking a meticulous, high‑speed

Remote Data Entry Specialist

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our data integrity initiatives, ensuring that every piece of information is captured accurately, stored securely, and readily accessible for analysis and decision‑making. As a Data Entry Specialist at talentedge, you will:

Key Responsibilities

    Data Input & Validation:

    Accurately enter information from diverse sources—emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, and online forms—into our proprietary database. Verify each entry for completeness and correctness, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.

      Quality Assurance:

      Conduct systematic reviews of entered data, using automated tools and manual checks to identify and correct discrepancies. Document findings and collaborate with team leads to implement corrective actions.

        Quota Management:

        Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Track performance metrics and report progress to supervisors.

          Documentation & Record Keeping:

          Organize and archive records in a logical, searchable format. Ensure that all documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

            Team Collaboration:

            Engage with project managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify data specifications, resolve ambiguities, and provide status updates.

              Process Improvement:

              Identify bottlenecks in data workflows and propose solutions—such as template standardization or automation scripts—to increase efficiency.

              Essential Qualifications

                Typing Proficiency:
