Position: Remote Data Entry & Indexing Clerk – 3rd Shift (Night)

Location: Fully Remote (United States)

Start Date: Immediate openings available

Compensation: $20.70 per hour (competitive, with potential for overtime and performance bonuses)

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (night shift)

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry & Indexing Clerk, you will be the backbone of our nightly data processing operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • High‑speed manual key entry: Accurately transcribe information from incoming digital images into our secure database.
  • Document classification validation: Review automatically classified documents to ensure correct categorization.
  • Data extraction verification: Confirm the accuracy of data pulled from digital documents by automated systems.
  • Redaction checks: Validate that sensitive information has been properly redacted in accordance with client specifications.
  • Metadata indexing: Manually add metadata tags to digital documents to improve reputed company and compliance.
  • Quality control: Perform final checks on converted documents to guarantee they meet arenaflex’s stringent quality standards.
  • Check processing: Validate incoming checks, reconcile batch totals, and distribute amounts to the appropriate accounts.
  • Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks and suggest workflow enhancements to increase efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high‑speed data entry (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Exceptional typing speed (minimum 45 words per reputed company) and accuracy (≥ 99.5%).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Experience with night‑shift or flexible‑hour work schedules.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheet software (Excel, reputed company Sheets).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
