Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of defense for customers experiencing lost or stolen cards, suspected fraud, or account discrepancies. Your daily tasks will include:

  • File Disputes: Accurately document customer claims, initiate dispute processes, and ensure debit cards are reputed company deactivated to prevent unauthorized transactions.
  • Empathy & Professionalism: Maintain a calm, supportive tone during every call, recognizing the stress customers may feel when dealing with potential fraud.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly assess issues, troubleshoot technical or procedural obstacles, and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, data privacy laws, and internal security protocols.
  • Documentation: Record all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date customer records.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate with shift supervisors and cross‑functional teams to resolve escalated reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – required.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Background check clearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with PC or laptop – at least 3 years of experience.
