Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, self‑motivated Evening Remote Data Entry Clerk to join the arenaflex family. This full‑time role is based in the evening shift, providing a reliable starting wage of $20 per hour. The primary responsibility is to accurately input Bill of Lading (BOL) information into the AS400 system for a diverse portfolio of customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry Excellence: Enter BOL details from scanned documents into the AS400 system promptly and accurately for multiple customers.
  • Error Identification & Correction: Review each BOL for inconsistencies, resolve discrepancies before entry, and flag any issues that require further investigation.
  • Production Targets: Meet or exceed daily and weekly volume goals while maintaining a zero‑error rate.
  • Customer Service Support: Provide timely assistance to internal teams and external clients who rely on accurate shipment records.
