Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will help ensure smooth production processes, maintain equipment performance, and uphold safety standards. Duties

  • Operate machinery with precision, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety protocols
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions and downtime
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to assist in the manufacturing process
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues, and make minor adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine performance, and safety checks
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating manufacturing or industrial machinery in a warehouse or production setting
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues
  • Familiarity with assembly processes and the use of hand tools and power tools
  • Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely
  • Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and work in a fast-paced environment
