Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining the integrity of our data ecosystem. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and verifying large volumes of data across multiple internal systems.
  • Conducting routine data quality checks and flagging anomalies for further investigation.
  • Collaborating with the Data Engineering and Product teams to understand data requirements and deliver clean, actionable datasets.
  • Maintaining meticulous documentation of data entry procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Assisting in the development and refinement of automated data pipelines where appropriate.
  • Participating in cross‑functional meetings to provide insights on data trends and potential improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and internal security protocols.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and basic SQL queries.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per reputed company with a high accuracy rate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Experience with data entry or administrative roles is desirable but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
