You will work closely with the marketing team to create personalized email content, analyze campaign performance, and continuously improve the email marketing strategy to meet business goals.</div> <div>$104,000 – $145,000 a year</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:</div> <div>Email Campaign Development: Design, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that engage and convert leads, including promotional emails, newsletters, drip campaigns, and customer retention emails.</div> <div>Email List Management: Manage and segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and engagement levels to ensure targeted and personalized communication.</div> <div>Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to write and design compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.</div> <div>Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
