Your primary goal will be to consistently improve ROI from email marketing efforts. You'll need to have exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in this role. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage, plan, and oversee all Klaviyo emails + SMS flows, consistently A/B testing and iterating for performance optimization</li><li>Strategize, develop and execute monthly email/SMS and content calendars for campaigns</li><li>Oversee all Klaviyo reporting and analytics, regularly presenting data to the internal team</li><li>Track email performance on a regular basis and identify opportunities for improvement</li><li>Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li><li>3+ years managing e-commerce emails in Klaviyo and email/SMS marketing strategies</li><li>Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills</li><li>Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection</li><li><strong>Ability to work in US time zone zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)</strong></li><li>Previous experience working the overnight shift</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay, always in US dollars</li><li>Work remotely from the comfort of your home</li><li>Health & wellness benefit</li><li>Paid holidays and time off</li><li>Performance and referral bonuses</li><li>Global exposure to the world’s best companies</li></ul>
