<div><b>Location:</b> Stratford, ON (onsite)<br/><b>Salary Range:</b> $42.21- $52/ hour <br/><b>Vacancy Type:</b> Existing position<br/><b>Schedule:</b> Continental rotating shifts<br/><br/>As our next <b>Licensed Electrician</b>, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and commissioning advanced manufacturing equipment. Your expertise in <b>industrial electrical systems, CNC machinery, PLC controls, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics</b> will be critical in ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.<br/><br/><strong><b>What You'll Be Doing:</b></strong><br/>• Maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems in partnership with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams<br/>• Repair, refurbish, and support state-of-the-art CNC, PLC, and robotic manufacturing equipment<br/>• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and control systems<br/>• Assemble, debug, install, and start up new or modified production equipment<br/>• Support planned maintenance activities and emergency equipment repairs<br/>• Maintain equipment documentation, technical manuals, instructions, and electrical schematics<br/>• Ensure operational quality and efficiency targets are achieved<br/>• Support new manufacturing projects through the implementation of new or modified production equipment<br/>• Coordinate and participate in continuous improvement initiatives<br/>• Train new hires and apprentices on electrical installation standards and best practices<br/>• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient maintenance department<br/>• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems<br/><br/><strong><b>What We're Looking For:</b></strong><br/>• Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A) or equivalent industrial experience<br/>• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining CNC machining and automated assembly equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment<br/>• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, CNC controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics<br/>• Experience troubleshooting automated assembly equipment and control systems<br/>• Strong communication, teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving skills<br/>• Ability to work rotating continental shifts<br/>• Understanding of automotive manufacturing systems and quality requirements<br/><br/><strong><b>Bonus Points If You Have:</b></strong><br/>• Experience with Fanuc robots<br/>• Welding and manual machining experience<br/>• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards<br/>• Experience supporting high-volume automotive manufacturing operations<br/>• Experience leading or supporting continuous improvement projects<br/><br/><strong><b>How to Apply:</b></strong><br/><br/>Apply online at <b> - We can't wait to meet you!<br/><br/><strong><b>What We Offer:</b></strong><br/><br/>Johnson Electric offers talented people like you the opportunity to grow professionally and personally, surrounded by some of the most dedicated, innovative, and entrepreneurial colleagues you will find anywhere.
