Education Services Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Learning Operations Compile and maintain recurring learning reports (revenue tracking, program metrics, survey results) Perform project time reconciliation in OpenAir to ensure accurate reporting and billing alignment Support custom CMS updates and class setup Maintain documentation and operational checklists Assist with trainer survey aggregation and reporting summaries Marketing Operations Coordinate logistics and planning for marketing events (internal and external) Track event deliverables, timelines, and vendor coordination Support reporting tied to event performance and lead tracking Maintain organized documentation and post-event reporting materials Reporting & Process Support Build and maintain structured Excel workbooks for recurring reporting Use Copilot and Excel AI tools to generate summaries, trend analysis, and reporting insights Follow established procedures to ensure compliance-sensitive reporting accuracy Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort Job Discipline Description Supports business operations by providing administrative and operational coordination across Learning and Marketing. Executes structured processes related to reporting, system updates, reconciliation, and event logistics. General Profile Able to follow established instructions and operational processes Identifies issues in straightforward situations and applies standard procedures to resolve them Has prior relevant training or related work experience (internship or 1–3 years preferred) Demonstrates working knowledge of Excel and structured reporting Skills Functional Knowledge Performs routine operational tasks under guidance, including reporting compilation, reconciliation, and coordination support. Business Expertise Understands how assigned duties support revenue tracking, client engagement, and operational continuity. Leadership No supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload and deadlines effectively. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or reporting support BA in Communications or related field Experience working in a client learning and/or marketing operations role Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; familiarity with data organization) Comfort using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to assist with reporting and summaries High attention to detail and process discipline Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience with time tracking systems (e.g., OpenAir) Experience working with a CMS Experience supporting event logistics Exposure to compliance-sensitive or financial reporting processes Experience in managing vendors and associated administrative responsiblities U.S. National Base Pay Range $48,900 - $81,500.
