Processing inbound shipments (unclaimed freight, set decor, etc.) and efficiently organizing items into the appropriate warehouse zones.

  • Picking & Customer Support:
Assisting winning bidders during scheduled pickup windows by locating their items and providing a professional, helpful "last-mile" experience.

  • Use basic tech tools to create accurate digital auction listings.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor.
  • Assist with the physical movement, staging, and tagging of auction lots.
  • Work collaboratively with the office team to ensure a seamless transition from "item received" to "item sold."

Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift/move inventory (up to 50 lbs).

  • Communication:
Excellent verbal and writing skills in English are required for creating listings and assisting customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, retail, or inventory experience is an asset.

  • Photography or "e-commerce listing" experience is a major plus.

  • Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for inventory management.

  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team-player mindset.
