Position Overview

This is a temporary, remote role that activates in direct response to catastrophe relief needs. You will work from the comfort of your home, using your own computer and headset, while collaborating with arenaflex’s seasoned supervisors and reputed company claim specialists. Shifts are scheduled weekly, giving you the freedom to select the hours that align with your personal schedule. Preferred availability is Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM CST, but the role accommodates a broader window (Sunday‑Saturday, 8 AM‑8 PM CST) to ensure coverage during peak disaster periods.

Key Responsibilities
