We currently have an existing vacancy within our organization, so, even if you feel that you’re close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply.<br><br><strong>Overview<br><br></strong>The Director, Marketing & Communications – Gallagher Caribbean will report to the Vice President, Brand Marketing & Communications, Canada & Caribbean, and will be responsible for the development and execution of Gallagher Caribbean's marketing and communications strategy to support business growth, strengthen market positioning, and enhance stakeholder engagement across the region.<br><br>As a strategic advisor to senior leadership, the incumbent will drive brand, communications, and commercial initiatives, influence executive decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes through integrated marketing strategies, growth-focused campaigns, and data-driven performance management across multiple Caribbean markets.<br><br><strong>How You'll Make An Impact<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and lead the regional marketing and communications strategy aligned with Gallagher Caribbean's business growth and market expansion objectives. </li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Area Presidents and executive leadership team on brand positioning, communications and market opportunities. </li><li>Drive measurable commercial outcomes through marketing initiatives that support lead generation, client retention, revenue growth, and ROI. </li><li>Collaborate with regional business leaders to identify growth opportunities and translate market insights into revenue-generating marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships. </li><li>Manage corporate communications, executive messaging, public relations, media engagement, and stakeholder communications. </li><li>Oversee the development and management of the regional marketing plan and budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize business impact and return on investment. </li><li>Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and performance analytics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing effectiveness. <br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>Master's Degree and/or professional marketing certification (CIM, AMA, Digital Marketing Certification, or equivalent) would be an asset. </li><li>Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, communications, brand management, business development, or related disciplines. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for strategic planning and regional or multi-country initiatives. </li><li>Demonstrated success developing and leading integrated marketing and communications programs that drive measurable business growth and return on investment. </li><li>Experience within insurance, financial services, professional services, or other B2B environments. </li><li>Strong understanding of Caribbean markets, cultures, and business environments.</li></ul>
