Digital Merchandiser II

Are you a digital merchandiser ready to take on more ownership and impact?

In this role, you’ll lead merchandising execution for a category on BestBuy.ca—shaping how customers discover and shop top tech brands. You’ll work cross-functionally with peers in marketing, design, analytics, and SEO to drive performance and optimize the end-to-end digital experience.

This role is based in the Greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote-first working model, with in-person collaboration for strategic, creative, and social moments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own digital merchandising for your category, including promotions, events, launches, and experience optimization
  • Optimize digital touchpoints for in-bound channels like email, search, and social
  • Use analytics tools to identify opportunities and improve performance for digital KPIs
  • Review forecasts to align featured products with demand, vendor priorities, and inventory
  • Optimize product placement, navigation, and on-site search to improve discoverability and conversion
  • Contribute to broader merchandising initiatives and help evolve best practices
What You’ll Bring:
  • At least two years of experience in digital merchandising with 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or marketing environments
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics), Excel, and CMS platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs like traffic, conversion, and AOV
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset and interest in contributing to team development and cross-functional work
