Volunteers at ALL contribute directly to meaningful change in how communities experience inclusion and accessibility.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description</strong> The Digital and Channels Lead – Volunteer will oversee ALL’s digital presence and communication channels in a remote capacity. This role includes developing and executing digital strategies that increase awareness of ALL’s mission, managing social media and other online platforms, and coordinating content publishing schedules. The volunteer will analyze engagement data to improve campaigns, collaborate with team members to support advocacy initiatives, and ensure consistent, accessible messaging across all channels. Day-to-day tasks may involve planning digital campaigns, drafting and reviewing posts, monitoring online interactions, and recommending new tools or approaches to enhance ALL’s digital reach. This is a volunteer role that offers flexible hours and the opportunity to shape how ALL connects with communities online. 5 hours per week is the ask.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates should possess strong Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to plan, execute, and refine online campaigns and initiatives.</li><li>Candidates should have strong analytical skills to interpret digital metrics, assess channel performance, and support data-driven decisions.</li><li>Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to create clear, accessible messaging and engage diverse audiences across digital platforms.</li><li>Candidates should have project management skills to organize tasks, coordinate timelines, and collaborate with volunteers and stakeholders.</li><li>Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with social media management tools, basic knowledge of accessibility standards for digital content, familiarity with nonprofit or advocacy work, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li><li>Training in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field is an asset; relevant volunteer or professional experience is also highly valued.</li></ul>
