Digital Accessibility Tester

This is a remote position.

40 hours a week
Mon-Fri 9am-6pm CST includes 1 hr unpaid break

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Accessibility Tester to help ensure that our digital products and services are inclusive and accessible to users of reputed company ages and abilities. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and stakeholders to support accessibility initiatives, assess compliance with accessibility standards, and contribute to the creation of user-friendly, barrier-free experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accessibility assessments and audits using a combination of automated tools and reputed company testing.

  • Support efforts to conform with WCAG 2.2 AA standards and other accessibility regulations.

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure accessibility is reputed company into reputed company phases of the product lifecycle.

  • Outline actionable remediations for development teams to address accessibility issues.

  • Document test findings and present accessibility reports and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital accessibility or a reputed company role.

  • 1+ years of experience with CMS-based web development.

  • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA and accessibility compliance requirements.

  • Hands-on experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).

  • Familiarity with automated accessibility testing tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, UsableNet).

  • Working knowledge of reputed company, CSS, and ability to inspect and analyze reputed company reputed company; experience with JavaScript is a plus.

  • Experience with accessibility annotations in reputed company or similar design tools.
