If you are passionate about the art of commercial storytelling—specifically <strong>Rom-Coms, Thrillers, and procedural dramas</strong>—and are genuinely excited about the future of AI-augmented screenwriting, this role is for you.</p><p>In this position, you won't just give traditional script notes; you will actively champion, refine, and scale our development pipeline using cutting-edge AI screenwriting suites. Your core mission is an relentless pursuit of quality: utilizing modern AI tools not just for speed, but to build <em>increasingly better</em> movies with richer arcs, tighter pacing, and highly engaging hooks.</p><p><br></p>Key Responsibilities<p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Pipeline Management:</strong> Oversee the development of a robust slate of TV movies from concept to production-ready draft, focusing on high-demand genres like Rom-Coms and Thrillers.</li><li><strong>AI Co-Writing & Prompt Engineering:</strong> Collaborate directly with AI tools to generate story beats, character profiles, dialogue passes, and structural outlines.</li><li><strong>Curation & Continuity:</strong> Act as the human "creative compass"—massaging AI-generated outputs to inject deep emotional resonance, sharp humor, and structural integrity.</li><li><strong>Prompt Collaboration:</strong> Guide writers and internal teams on how to effectively integrate AI tools into their creative workflows without sacrificing voice or originality.</li><li><strong>Coverage & Analytics:</strong> Utilize platform data, automated script breakdown tools, and AI coverage to evaluate project feasibility, pacing, and genre-specific beats.</li></ul><p><br></p>Qualifications & Experience<ul><li><strong>Development Background:</strong> 3+ years of experience as a Development Executive, Story Editor, or Creative Executive in TV or film (experience with MOWs/TV movies is highly preferred).</li><li><strong>Genre Expertise:</strong> A deep, intuitive understanding of the tropes, structural beats, and audience expectations of Rom-Coms and Thrillers.</li><li><strong>AI Tool Proficiency:</strong> Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with specialized generative narrative suites such as <strong>FinalBit, Storyflow, and Paper Knowledge</strong> (or equivalent AI storyboards/LLM platforms) is a major plus.</li><li><strong>The Right Mindset:</strong> An enthusiastic, proactive attitude toward ethical and creative AI implementation.
