Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be the guardian of data integrity across our billing, coding, and claims operations. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include Data Capture & Maintenance Accurately enter and update patient demographics, insurance details, provider information, and claim data into electronic health record (EHR) and billing systems. Source Document Review Scrutinize medical records, insurance forms, and claim submissions to ensure completeness and correctness before entry. Quality Assurance Verify data for accuracy, flag missing or inconsistent fields, and resolve duplicates or errors in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Account Updates Process updates to patient and insurance accounts based on new documentation received from provider clients. Claims Data Entry Input claim‑related information and supporting documentation following established procedures and coding guidelines.
