DESKTOP/NETWORK SUPPORT

Are you a technology professional who enjoys solving problems and delivering exceptional customer support? We are looking for a motivated, hands‐on Desktop Network Support specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining desktop systems, supporting network operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to work effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, communicates well with users at all levels, and is committed to providing outstanding IT support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • IT Support Experience: 1–5 years of hands‐on experience in IT support or help desk environments.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration: 3+ years of hands‐on experience administering and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD: Experience managing user accounts, licenses, security groups, and access.
  • SharePoint Online: Experience configuring and maintaining team sites and document libraries.
  • Microsoft Intune: Experience managing devices and implementing security and compliance policies.
  • Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and macOS.
  • Hardware Support: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related hardware.
  • Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems.
  • Remote Support: Experience using remote desktop and remote support tools.
  • Problem‐Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to non‐technical users.
  • Customer Service: A patient, professional, and helpful approach when assisting employees with technical issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with employees and other members of the organization.
  • Organization: Strong time‐management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business and IT requirements.
