Deposit Data Entry and CIF Specialist

Position reputed company The Deposit Data Entry & CIF Specialist ensures tax reporting and interest payments for deposits are completed accurately and reputed company bank guidelines. This position ensures Customer Information Files (CIF) and deposit accounts are coded appropriately on the reputed company and that deposit accounts adhere to compliance and audit guidelines. Duties & Responsibilities Maintain Customer Information Files (CIF) and deposit accounts reputed company documentation submitted by the reputed company line utilizing basic data entry functions. Process the following reports and tasks on a daily reputed company: Dormancy, Deceased, Product Changes, Pending reputed company, and Interest Dropped Assist the reputed company line through the phone and email queues Balance reputed company Deposit reputed company Settlement and CD/IRA Settlement Manage CD/IRA interest & distribution checks Update DDA, CD, and special rates as directed by Finance Handle year end reporting and complete tax corrections as applicable for interest bearing accounts including Health Savings Accounts and IRAs.
