The Dental Assistant will support dentists and hygienists during clinical procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, setting up instruments, and assisting chairside. Responsibilities include sterilizing and organizing instruments, maintaining infection control protocols, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly. The role also involves taking and processing dental X-rays (as permitted by certification), updating patient records, and assisting with scheduling and patient flow. The Dental Assistant will greet patients, explain procedures, provide post-treatment instructions, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p> 👊🏼Atleast 1 year of experience . Level 2 diploma or International dentist with harp certification .</p><p> Willing to learn Quick . All aspects of General and comprehensive Dentistry . Will pay 25-26 $ to a righful candidate depending upon experience in a very fast pace dental office in heart of Brampton . Will hire preferably 1 male and 1 female Dental asaistant.</p><ul><li> Knowledge of chairside assisting techniques, dental instruments, and basic dental procedures (e.g., fillings, cleanings, extractions)</li><li>.Understanding of infection control standards, instrument sterilization procedures, and clinical safety protocols</li><li>.Ability to take and process dental radiographs (HARP certification or equivalent is an asset)</li><li>.Proficiency in dental practice management or electronic health record software and accurate patient documentation</li><li>.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support patients of diverse backgrounds respectfully</li><li>.Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail in a busy clinical environment</li><li>.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to changing priorities, and follow established clinical workflows</li><li>.CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to obtain; prior experience in a general dentistry practice is preferred</li></ul>.
