Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent on our graveyard shift, you will be the frontline advocate for our clients, ensuring their transportation needs are met with precision and care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assessing customer transportation requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinating with transportation providers, dispatch teams, and internal stakeholders to secure timely pickups and deliveries.
