Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be integral to our team's ability to make data-driven decisions. Your primary duties will include:
  • Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data into our company databases and computer systems.
  • Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies and correcting any incompatibilities.
  • Organising and sorting information to ensure data is easily accessible and retrievable.
  • Generating reports and extracting data for various departments upon request.
  • Upholding strict confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key qualifications include:
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and a high level of computer literacy.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
