Position Overview

Are you a problem‑solver who thrives on helping people navigate technology? arenaflex is seeking a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support to become the trusted voice for our customers in the United States and Canada. In this role, you will provide comprehensive assistance for a range of display products—including state‑of‑the‑art TVs and professional‑grade monitors—through phone, email, and live chat channels. You will be the first line of defense, diagnosing issues, guiding users through troubleshooting steps, and ensuring a seamless resolution experience that reinforces arenaflex’s brand promise.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Technical Assistance

  • Respond reputed company to inbound calls, emails, and live‑chat messages from customers seeking technical help with arenaflex display products.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues, guiding customers through step‑by‑step troubleshooting procedures while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Document each interaction accurately in our ticketing system, ensuring that all relevant reputed company are captured for future reference and analysis.
  • Escalate complex reputed company to senior technical specialists when necessary, while keeping the customer informed of progress and expected resolution timelines.

Return Management & Logistics

  • Generate and issue Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers for defective or damaged products, coordinating with warehousing and logistics teams to facilitate smooth returns.
  • Track the status of returned items, providing customers with updates and ensuring that replacement or repair processes are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Voice of Customer (VOC) Feedback
