Customer Support Specialist (100% Remote)

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) to join our fully remote team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — German-speaking property management companies using our software. If you're tech-savvy, empathetic, and get satisfaction from actually solving problems rather than just forwarding tickets, this role is for you. 🇩🇪 German fluency is a hard requirement for this role. What you'll do Handle customer inquiries and support requests via email and WhatsApp — reliably and with a personal touch Troubleshoot issues in our software and guide customers to solutions Document recurring issues and help build out our internal knowledge base Join screen-sharing sessions with customers when a problem needs hands-on attention Coordinate with our development team to escalate and resolve bugs or product issues Help new customers get started and feel comfortable with the product What we're looking for Native or fluent German — written and spoken (essential) Experience in customer support, ideally in a SaaS, IT or helpdesk environment Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software quickly — you don't need a manual for every tool Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple open cases at once You work autonomously and take full ownership of your tasks Bonus Hands-on IT experience of any kind — whether it's scripting, automation, self-hosted tools, web apps, Linux, or server administration. If you can fix things yourself instead of just passing them on, that's a huge plus About Us We are a German automation agency turned into a SaaS company with our product — an AI-first platform built specifically for German property management companies. Most property managers work with 5–10 software tools daily. We're building a single platform to replace them all, with AI agents handling the routine work automatically.
