ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and fun professionals to join our team as a CSR/ Customer Service Representatives. The successful CSR is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering customer calls and problem solving to help customers meet their needs.

CSRs should come to the table proficient or above in all Microsoft office products and have previous customer service experience. Representatives will attend in-depth training to assist customers in placing orders, addressing issues with existing orders and fluent conversations regarding company products and programs. CSRs will work in a team environment and have the opportunity for individual progression in both skillset and compensation.

Monday - Friday (10am - 7:30pm) Fill-Time, Exempt

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Accurately process transactions and educate customers on products and services via telephone.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Offer basic troubleshooting for customers including product knowledge, recommendations, and website navigation.
  • Consistently meet department KPIs, deadlines and goals.
  • Adhere to provided schedule based on forecasted phone volumes.
  • Any additional duties assigned by management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills within a customer service role
  • Must be proficient or above in Microsoft Office
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
  • Excellent attitude and attendance/punctuality.
  • Data driven and comfortable in environment with heavy emphasis on customer service and satisfaction metrics.
  • Results orientated with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
  • Commitment to learning and individual development.
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Bi-lingual in French
