Position Summary

We are seeking a technically-inclined, enthusiastic team player ready to be a customer-facing product expert. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is both a skilled problem solver and a trusted advisor, responsible for delivering exceptional service while becoming a subject matter expert on Fuji Spray products. Your mission: ensure every Fuji Spray customer has a five-star “wow” experience.

What you will do:

· Deliver a world-class customer experience by listening, diagnosing, and solving customer challenges with expertise and empathy.

· Provide technical support (via phone, video, email, and chat) on spray systems and applications, troubleshooting finish quality, performance, or usage issues.

· Guide end users through proper setup, best practices, and general use of Fuji Spray products.

· Communicate with professionalism, patience, and clarity to customers of all experience levels.

· Create and maintain documentation of common issues, building a knowledge base to enhance future support.

· Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and share customer insights that elevate product development.

· Recommend key products or upgrades when appropriate to enhance customer outcomes.

· Execute on order processing, shipping quotes, tracking, and coordination with production and warehouse.

· Build strong, long-term customer relationships, following up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

· Assist with additional duties as needed, contributing to the success of the broader team.

What we’re looking for:

· 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing, technical support, or related fields.

· Technical aptitude and analytical mindset, with a strong desire to understand Fuji Spray’s full product line.

· Experience with spray systems, paint applications, or woodworking/automotive industries is an asset (not required).

· Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge and interpret technical manuals.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a genuine desire to take ownership of customer satisfaction.

· Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); French is an asset.

· Patient, clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to a wide range of users.

· Highly organized with attention to detail, urgency, and accuracy.

· Time management skills are a requirement in this fast-paced role.

· Positive energy, resilience, and willingness to learn, grow, and improve.

· Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

· Experience with Freshworks, Amazon Seller Central and Quickbooks considered an asset

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Self-starter who takes initiative and consistently goes above and beyond.
