Customer Service Rep / Work From Home

Your Next Career Could Start From Home

Looking for a position where you can work with people, develop new skills, and have the opportunity to grow into greater responsibilities? We’re expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to assist members who are seeking information about available benefit programs. You’ll provide guidance through virtual appointments, answer questions, and help make the process simple and easy to understand.

You’ll receive structured training when you begin, followed by continued coaching and mentorship as you develop.

The Member Experience

Instead of spending your day behind the scenes, much of your role involves communicating directly with people.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Asking questions to understand their individual needs
  • Walking members through available benefit programs
  • Explaining information clearly and answering questions
  • Assisting with online forms and digital documentation
  • Keeping client information accurate and organized
  • Following up with members when additional assistance is needed
  • Providing consistent service throughout the entire process
The objective is straightforward: make sure every member receives a professional, helpful, and informative experience.

Your Development

You don’t need to arrive with years of industry experience. Your first step will be learning the position through structured training and hands-on coaching. As you become more experienced, you’ll continue developing your communication, organization, client-service, and leadership abilities.

Team members who demonstrate consistent performance can also pursue opportunities to mentor new representatives, take on additional responsibilities, and progress toward leadership or management positions.

Could This Be a Fit for You?

A specific professional background isn’t necessary. What matters most is how you communicate, approach your responsibilities, and respond to opportunities to learn. We’re particularly interested in individuals who:
  • Enjoy talking with and helping people
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are comfortable working independently
  • Take ownership of their responsibilities
  • Manage their time and schedule effectively
  • Stay organized and pay attention to details
  • Are comfortable learning new technology and online systems
  • Respond well to coaching and constructive feedback
  • Set goals and consistently work toward them
  • Want the opportunity to develop professionally

Where You Can Take It

You may start by learning how to provide an excellent member experience, but your development doesn’t have to stop there. As your skills and experience grow, so can your responsibilities. Whether you’re interested in becoming a stronger client professional, mentoring others, or eventually pursuing leadership, there are opportunities to continue progressing based on your performance.
