About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to own the creative direction and content strategy across our e-commerce brands.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the messaging, visual storytelling, and creative direction behind Amazon listings, packaging, advertising creatives, and website content. You will work closely with designers, 3D artists, freelancers, and external partners to bring concepts to life while ensuring all creative assets align with brand and business objectives.

This is a strategic, hands-on ownership role focused on driving conversion and customer engagement through high-performing creative. You will leverage AI tools, customer insights, marketplace data, and creative testing to continuously improve content performance and guide creative decisions.

This is a Full-Time remote role.

We are looking for a Creative Strategist specifically with these requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, creative direction, e-commerce content, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience creating, optimizing, and iterating Amazon listing content for the US marketplace, including Hero Images, Infographics, Lifestyle Images, Comparison Charts, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools within a creative workflow, including image generation, content analysis, market research, audience research, and brief creation.
  • Experience managing and briefing designers, 3D rendering artists, agencies, freelancers, or other creative contractors.
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles and visual storytelling for e-commerce.
  • Excellent written English skills with the ability to develop compelling product messaging and on-image copy.
  • Experience running creative tests and interpreting performance data to improve content and conversion rates.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Figma, PickFu, Shutterstock, or similar platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with print production, packaging design, insert cards, print-ready files, and factory/vendor coordination is preferred.
  • Experience working with home goods, furniture, bedding, or consumer products is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable making creative decisions independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
  • Own the creative strategy and content direction across Amazon product listings and marketplace assets.
  • Determine messaging hierarchy, image sequencing, visual storytelling, and content positioning for product pages.
  • Develop and optimize Amazon assets including Hero Images, Infographics, Lifestyle Images, Comparison Charts, A+ Content, and Brand Store content.
  • Create detailed creative briefs and provide clear direction to designers, 3D rendering artists, agencies, and contractors.
  • Review creative deliverables and provide feedback to ensure quality, consistency, and conversion-focused execution.
  • Utilize AI tools to analyze customer reviews, competitor listings, audience insights, and category trends to inform creative decisions.
  • Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate content planning, creative exploration, and brief creation.
  • Own the creative testing process, including PickFu studies, Amazon experiments, and other split-testing initiatives.
  • Analyze test results, conversion metrics, click-through rates, and customer feedback to continuously improve creative performance.
  • Maintain and update packaging assets, insert cards, and print materials while coordinating with vendors and manufacturing partners.
  • Ensure all print-ready files are delivered accurately and on schedule for production runs.
  • Oversee creative assets for Shopify, paid advertising campaigns, and other digital marketing channels as needed.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and content formats.
  • Prioritize creative projects and ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent initiatives.
