Independent Contractor – CPT-11409 Online Course & Marketing Support Virtual Assistant/Marketing VA/Entry-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A coach, educator, and recently qualified hypnotherapist is building a new online business and is seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant to help her consistently implement the steps required to launch her online course and digital presence.

The client is currently following Carrie Green's Female Entrepreneur Association – Create & Sell program. She has already completed significant portions of the course but needs a dedicated VA to help work through remaining steps and, most importantly, execute the work consistently.

The ideal candidate has previous experience supporting online-course creators and is comfortable with social media, basic website setup, course uploads, content scheduling, and general digital marketing execution.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Course Setup & Implementation

  • Work alongside the client through the remaining Create & Sell course materials
  • Help translate course instructions into completed tasks
  • Assist with uploading and organizing the client's course
  • Maintain and update online-course content
  • Help organize modules, materials, links, and supporting resources
  • Track outstanding launch tasks and progress

Website & Online Presence

  • Assist with the client's existing plug-and-play website setup
  • Upload and update website content
  • Maintain basic pages, links, images, and course information
  • Support additional simple website updates as required

Social Media & Marketing

  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Use client-provided and AI-generated material
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Assist with content creation and repurposing
  • Support basic audience engagement
  • Help organize promotional activity surrounding the course launch

General Marketing Support

  • Follow the marketing workflows taught within the client's course
  • Organize marketing assets and existing content
  • Help the client consistently complete tasks she has already planned
  • Provide ongoing marketing execution after the initial course setup is completed

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Previous digital marketing experience preferred
  • Online-course creation or course-platform experience strongly preferred
  • Social media creation and scheduling experience required
  • Canva or similar content creation experience preferred
  • Basic website updating experience preferred
  • Experience supporting coaches, educators, course creators, or founder-led businesses is a plus
  • Strong written English communication
  • Strong organizational skills

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 10 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
  • Daily Working Time: Flexible after onboarding; During onboarding, shift hours would be 6:00 PM–8:00 PM NZDT or 11:00 AM–1:00 PM EST

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
