Description du poste:

  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes sur Amazon Seller Central et Walmart Marketplace.
  • Surveiller la santé globale des comptes et la conformité aux règles des marketplaces.
  • Optimiser les fiches produits : titres, bullet points, descriptions, images et mots-clés backend.
  • Gérer les mises à jour du catalogue, les variations, les suppressions et les problèmes de listings.
  • Coordonner la gestion des stocks et le réapprovisionnement.
  • Surveiller les stratégies de prix et les promotions.
  • Traiter les dossiers de support auprès d'Amazon Seller Support et de Walmart Marketplace Support.
  • Surveiller les retours clients et les indicateurs de performance du compte.
  • Gérer les campagnes Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands et Sponsored Display.
  • Réaliser des recherches de mots-clés et des analyses des termes de recherche.
  • Optimiser les enchères, les budgets et la structure des campagnes.
  • Effectuer des tests A/B sur les campagnes et les créations.
  • Surveiller l'ACOS, le TACOS, le ROAS, le CPC, le CTR et les taux de conversion.
  • Améliorer en continu la rentabilité publicitaire.
  • Développer et gérer les campagnes Walmart Connect.
  • Optimiser les enchères, les mots-clés, les audiences et les performances des campagnes.
  • Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels couvrant :
  • Performance des ventes
  • Performance publicitaire
  • ROAS
  • ACOS/TACOS
  • Santé des stocks
  • Santé des listings
  • Santé du compte
  • Retours clients
  • Fournir des recommandations pour améliorer la performance et la rentabilité sur les marketplaces.

Exigences:

  • Minimum 1 à 2 ans d'expérience récente dans la gestion d'Amazon Seller Central et/ou de Walmart Marketplace pour des marques basées aux États-Unis.
  • Expérience pratique avec : Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart Connect, Amazon FBA, optimisation de fiches produits, gestion des stocks, gestion de catalogue et conformité sur les marketplaces.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et en reporting.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et oral.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités de manière autonome.
  • Expérience de gestion simultanée des marketplaces Amazon et Walmart.
  • Expérience avec Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, Data Dive ou des outils similaires.
  • Familiarité avec Amazon Brand Registry.
  • Expérience de l'utilisation de Google Analytics et Looker Studio.
  • Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel ou de Google Sheets.
  • Expérience en prévision des stocks et en stratégies de tarification.
