<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Role Title:</strong> Contract Specialist<br><br><strong>Role Type:</strong> Contract<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><br><strong>Scope Of Work<br><br></strong><ul><li>Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types:</li><li>Master Service Agreements (MSAs)</li><li>Lease Agreements</li><li>Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements</li><li>Marketing Agreements</li><li>Licensing Agreements</li><li>Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.</li><li>Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.</li><li>Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.</li><li>Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.</li><li>Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.</li><li>Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.</li><li>Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.</li></ul>
