Job Description

Metrolinx is seeking a diligent Content Review Trainee to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify various forms of content (text, images, data) against established Metrolinx guidelines, policies, and brand standards.
  • Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, grammatical mistakes, factual inaccuracies, and compliance issues.
  • Ensure all content adheres to accessibility standards and inclusive language principles.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating content databases and tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with content creators and other teams to provide constructive feedback and ensure necessary revisions are made.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on content policies, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Escalate complex content issues or policy breaches to senior content specialists for resolution.
  • Support the content team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content review processes and guidelines.

Required Skills
