CONTENT & GROWTH MARKETING WIZARD

Read This Before You Apply

Most marketing jobs ask you to schedule posts.

This isn’t one of those jobs.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build one of the most recognizable fitness brands in Canada.

If you’re the type of person who watches an advertisement and thinks, “I could have made that better,” keep reading.

About STÄRK Fitness

We don’t sell workouts.

We help busy adults transform their health, confidence, strength and quality of life.

Every day inside our gym someone loses weight, gets stronger, moves without pain, gains confidence or accomplishes something they never thought possible.

Your job is to make sure those stories are seen.

Your Mission

Your mission is simple

Build the attention engine behind STÄRK Fitness.

Capture our coaching, our culture and our client success, then turn it into marketing that earns attention, builds trust and brings new members into our community.

Your work shouldn’t just generate likes.

It should generate appointments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Content Creation

Capture the daily life of STÄRK Fitness through photo and video.

Film workouts, coaching sessions, client transformations, events, behind-the-scenes moments and everything that makes our community different.

Build and organize a content library that can be used across every marketing platform.

Content Editing

Turn raw footage into engaging content that people actually stop to watch.

Repurpose one workout into multiple pieces of content for Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, email marketing, our website and more.

  • Campaign Performance
The goal isn’t more views. The goal is more clients.

  • Consistent marketing systems that generate qualified leads every week.
  • A recognizable local brand that people trust before they ever walk through our doors.
  • A marketing department that continues to grow alongside the company.
Why This Role Is Different This isn’t a typical marketing job.

You’ll work directly with the owner.

Your ideas will actually be implemented.

You’ll have the freedom to test, experiment and improve.

We’re not looking for someone to simply manage social media.

We’re looking for someone who wants to help build a brand.
