About the role
We're looking for a creative, camera-comfortable female storyteller to join the Africhange marketing team. This opportunity is for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are ready to learn, create, and grow. 

What you'll be doing
  • Creating short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and other consumer-facing platforms
  • Appearing on camera - presenting, hosting, or narrating content
  • Writing captions, scripts, and copy for campaigns
  • Collaborating with the content team to ensure content fits the platform strategy
  • Contributing ideas to campaign briefs and creative sessions
  • Supporting the team with content for key moments - product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments

What you should have
  • Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of experience in content creation, media, communications, or a related field
  • Comfortable and natural on camera, this is non-negotiable
  • Genuinely creative - you bring ideas nobody asked for, and they're usually good
  • Strong visual sense - you notice when something looks good and when it doesn't
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content platforms
  • Basic video editing skills - CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
  • Access to a working laptop or smartphone with a good camera
  • Available during core working hours and able to commit to occasional in-person shoot days
