Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Construction Specialist to join our team and help bring ambitious building projects to life. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will contribute to transforming blueprints and schematics into tangible structures, supporting our commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative building solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively across various job sites.
  • Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work to ensure durable and high-quality structures.
  • Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and perform carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding, and caulking as required by project specifications.
  • Assist in construction estimating by assessing materials and labor needs for upcoming phases.
  • Support site safety protocols by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to safety regulations at all times.
Skills
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics.
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
  • Extensive construction experience across multiple disciplines including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and concrete finishing.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
  • Skilled in concrete forming, tile laying, flooring installation, cabinet installation, and painting techniques.
  • Experience with construction estimating processes for project planning and resource allocation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site.
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and equipment operation.
