We are currently looking for motivated and dependable Construction Workers / Renovation Technicians to join our growing team.

Position Summary

As a member of the RENOVCO team, you will perform renovation and restoration work on residential and commercial properties following fire, water, storm, or other disaster-related damage.

Depending on your experience and qualifications, you will be assigned to a crew led by one of our experienced Project Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general renovation and restoration work.
  • Complete demolition, reconstruction, and finishing tasks.
  • Carry out carpentry, drywall (Gyproc), plastering, painting, flooring, and tile installation.
  • Assist with interior and exterior renovation projects.
  • Follow project schedules while maintaining RENOVCO's quality standards.
  • Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Carpentry
  • Drywall (Gyproc)
  • Plastering
  • Painting
  • Ceramic and tile installation
  • Finish carpentry
  • Exterior renovations
  • Previous experience in construction, renovation, or restoration.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation during emergency restoration projects.
