Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various tasks.
  • Perform general labour duties, including moving materials, tools, and equipment around the site.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris, waste, and hazards.
  • Load and unload construction materials, ensuring they are stored safely and efficiently.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, following strict safety guidelines.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Prepare work areas for construction, including site setup and basic demolition tasks.
  • Support site supervisors and team members in daily operations, adapting to changing priorities.

  • Ability to perform physical labour, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
