Description

Position Purpose

  • To create an environment of Discipleship and a life transformation community. These meetings will serve to connect students with AWMC staff and student to student interactions with the goal to build stronger Biblical relationships.
  • Students will have the opportunity to share testimonies, have discussions, fellowship, and study the lessons together.
Line Of Authority
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will facilitate once per month zoom meeting with Charis Online Campus students from across Canada.
Line Of Accountability
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will report to the COC Administrator who will report to the Partners Relations Manager who will report to the Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries. In turn, the Director of Andrew Wommack Ministries will report to the World Outreach Regional Director and ultimately to World Outreach.
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will provide monthly feedback to the COC Administrator.
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will be subject to all policies and procedures established by World Outreach.

Responsibilities

Duties General
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will follow the established policies and procedures established by World Outreach.
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will communicate with all COC administrators through feedback on a systematic basis.
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will communicate with the COC Administrator, keeping them appraised of any unforeseen challenges resulting from zoom meetings.
Duties Specific
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will follow all policies and procedures established by World Outreach and communicated by their line of accountability.
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will monitor and record all Distance Learning students in attendance.
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will consistently communicate with their line of accountability, keeping them informed of the progress of the zoom meetings.
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will host one 1.5-hour long meeting per month for the COC students
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator may be asked to monitor or send WhatsApp updates to students
  • Routines:
    • Host monthly Zoom Meetings for COC students with topics / directives provided by the COC Administrator.

Qualifications
  • Must be in agreement with the doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
  • Must have completed a minimum of two (2) years at Charis Bible College.
  • Must have good communication skills and work well with other people.
  • Must have proficiency using Zoom or the ability to easily learn how to use Zoom.
  • Must have strong oral skills.
  • Must have the recommendation of AWM Regional Director, World Outreach Regional Director, and World Outreach staff.
Guidelines / Expectations
  • The Andrew Wommack Ministries COC Zoom Facilitator will conduct themselves according to the guidelines of the ministry. They will be held to the standards outlined in the employee “Code of Conduct” portion of the directives. They will maintain a professional relationship with each of the students they oversee while operating within the scope of their positions.
