Job Overview The Client Success Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by ensuring excellent service delivery, effective communication, and overall client satisfaction. The role involves managing client concerns, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring account performance, and supporting long-term client retention and growth.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular communication and support.

Ensure timely resolution of client concerns, issues, and service requests.

Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs and operational requirements.

Monitor client satisfaction and provide recommendations for service improvements.

Conduct client onboarding and orientation processes.

Maintain accurate client records, reports, and documentation.

Track account performance, deliverables, and client feedback.

Prepare reports, updates, and meeting summaries for management and clients.

Assist in client retention strategies and relationship management initiatives.

Escalate critical concerns or service risks to management when necessary.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to tea ---------- mbers to help improve performance, communication, and client service delivery.

Conduct regular check-ins and coaching sessions to address challenges, enhance productivity, and promote professional growth.

Assist employees in developing effective client management and problem-solving skills.

Support performance improvement initiatives through constructive feedback and mentorship.

Encourage accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications At the ---------- nt, we are prioritizing applicants located in Luzon and Visayas for operational coverage and team distribution purposes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in customer service, account management, client relations, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills Experience in remote staffing, outsourcing, or BPO industry.

Knowledge of client onboarding and account management processes.

Familiarity with productivity tracking and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
