What will your work week look like? · Investigate, assesses damages and settles claims for bodily injury (section A) sustained in motor vehicle claims. · Provide timely customer service. · Participate in the continuous improvement of your teams claims handling processes. · Investigate, assesses damages and settles claims for accident benefits claim (Section B) sustained in a motor vehicle accident. · Participate in mediation in judicial cases and act as a representative.· When needed, initiates recoveries in claims requiring it. Do you have that profile? · Three (3) years of experience in handling automobile bodily injury claims (Section A) · Level 2 or 3 adjusters license issued by the province of New Brunswick· Negotiation skills and good communicator· Comfortable with Microsoft office suite · Advanced command of the English and French language, both oral and written, in order to assist and regularly serve our English and French speaking customers in the territory and/or our suppliers through complex interactions related to insurance or the Group's business sectors, and to meet Groupe Promutuel's growth objectives. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Sous la supervision du directeur services techniques et pertes majeures, vous exercerez votre emploi d’expert en sinistre en blessure corporelle en télétravail.À quoi ressemblera votre semaine de travail?<ul><li>Effectuer l’enquête, l’évaluation des dommages et le règlement des réclamations pour les blessures corporelles (Chapitre A) subies lors d’un accident automobile. </li><li>Assurer le service à la clientèle dans les délais prescrits. </li><li>Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus de traitement des réclamations automobiles de votre équipe de travail. </li><li>Faire l’enquête, l’évaluation des dommages et le règlement des réclamations pour les indemnités d’accident automobile (Chapitre B). </li><li>Participer à la médiation dans les dossiers judiciarisés et agir à titre de représentant.</li><li>Au besoin, amorcer les recouvrements dans les réclamations le nécessitant.</li></ul>Avez-vous ce profil-LÀ?<ul><li>Trois (3) ans d’expérience dans le traitement de réclamations pour dommages corporels (chap.
