Chartright Air Group is recruiting a seasoned Citation X Captain to join a dedicated three-pilot crew based in Mississauga and Toronto. If you thrive on precision, service, and international operations, this is your runway.

✈️ The opportunity

As Captain on Chartright’s Citation X, you will lead safe, efficient, and client-focused operations while collaborating closely with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales. You’ll support reserve-day activities, contribute to continuous improvement, and uphold the highest standards of airmanship and service.

🧭 What you'll do

  • Serve as Pilot-in-Command on the Citation X, ensuring every flight is conducted safely and in full compliance with CARs and company SOPs.
  • Liaise with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to meet operational and client-service requirements.
  • Support daily operational tasks on reserve days and assist with dispatch readiness and trip build quality.
  • Deliver exceptional, direct customer service to high-value clients.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement within a three-pilot crew model.
  • Complete monthly training courses and all assigned duties, maintaining currency and proficiency.

🧰 What you bring

  • Flight experience (minimums):
    • 4,000 hours total time
    • 1,000 hours multi-engine PIC
    • 1,000 hours jet PIC
  • Licences & medical:
    • Canadian ATPL or valid IATRA
    • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR privileges
    • Valid Transport Canada Medical
    • Canadian Radio Telephone License
  • Operational expertise: International flying experience (required), including Europe and South America; strong FMS and glass cockpit proficiency; deep knowledge of weather, airport performance, flight and fuel planning, weight and balance, CARs, and SMS practices.
  • Client-service & teamwork: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills; flexibility to meet dynamic client needs.
  • Physical requirement: Ability to lift up to 60 lb.
