RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Être en pleine maîtrise du devis de projet;
  • Créer une cohésion d'équipe et susciter l'appartenance au projet;
  • Diffuser et soutenir le besoin du client;
  • Assurer la communication avec le client tout au long du projet afin d'assurer sa satisfaction;
  • Guider l'équipe sur le projet;
  • Être le pivot de communication avec l'équipe élargie;
  • Gérer le portefeuille en fonction du budget;
  • Agir en tant que gardien de la planification au quotidien;
  • Maintenir l'ordre dans la documentation de projet;
  • Assurer la disponibilité et le maintien de l'information pour assurer sa diffusion aux départements;
  • Possibilité de déplacement sur chantier de manière occasionnelle (max. 5% du temps) pour suivre le déploiement des nouveaux équipements.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Baccalauréat en génie (informatique ou logiciel) ou tout autre formation ou expérience jugée pertinente avec expériences techniques;
  • Être un bon communicateur et avoir une facilité à établir des liens;
  • Savoir négocier et concilier selon les priorités;
  • Être à l'aise en rédaction;
  • Connaissance en méthodologie agile SCRUM ou en cascade;
  • Être capable d'opérer sous pression et gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle;
  • Avoir de l'expérience dans le développement de produits en environnement industriel;
  • Être structuré, rigoureux, avoir le sens de la planification, être efficacité, avoir une bonne gestion du stress.
