Job Summary

Seeking a Pharmacy Technician I for a fully remote, high-volume outbound calling role. You will contact physician offices to obtain prescription refill authorizations and accurately document each interaction.

This is not a traditional dispensing pharmacy technician role.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year high-volume outbound call center experience
  • Comfortable making approximately 100+ calls/day
  • Pharmacy/healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License preferred/required
  • Active PTCB Certification preferred/required
  • Comfortable working independently from home

Remote Requirements

  • Dedicated, lockable and quiet workspace
  • No caregiving responsibilities during work hours
  • Hard-wired Ethernet internet required; Wi-Fi is not permitted
  • Ability to set up computer, VPN, and applications
