We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier/Sales Assistants to join our team in both full-time and part-time roles. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, credit card transactions, and returns
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold store policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales is preferred
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with cashiering procedures
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products through effective sales techniques
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Merchandising knowledge to enhance product presentation and store layout
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently through demos or technical explanations as needed
