This role serves as a point of support for cashier team members, helps maintain smooth shift operations, and leads by example through professionalism, accuracy, and customer-focused service.<br><br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions</li><li>Maintain an organized cash drawer and ticket supplies at all times</li><li>Prepare cash control logs and summary sheets neatly and accurately</li><li>Report all cash overages and shortages promptly to management</li><li>Ensure adequate change is available throughout the shift</li><li>Complete shift and daily reconciliations of receipts, cash, and charges</li><li>Perform revenue drops according to location-specific procedures</li><li>Secure all funds and control documents in deposit bags prior to deposit</li><li>Greet and depart guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service by remaining pleasant, helpful, and solution-oriented</li><li>Assist with resolving customer complaints and escalate concerns when appropriate</li><li>Answer guest questions and provide clear information regarding parking procedures</li><li>Communicate respectfully and professionally with guests, clients, and teammates</li><li>Assist guests entering and exiting the property</li><li>Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, when required</li><li>Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for cashier team members during assigned shifts</li><li>Support new and existing cashiers by reinforcing proper cash-handling and guest service procedures</li><li>Lead by example by demonstrating accuracy, professionalism, and policy compliance</li><li>Communicate operational issues or recurring concerns to management</li><li>Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe cashier booth and surrounding work area</li><li>Clean and organize the booth interior and windows</li><li>Ensure signage and equipment are clean and free of vandalism or graffiti</li><li>Walk the parking facility to remove trash and replace garbage liners as needed</li><li>Ensure supplies are stocked, properly stacked, and organized</li><li>Maintain a safe and secure work environment at all times</li><li>Lock windows and doors and secure cash if leaving the booth for any reason</li><li>Report all accidents, incidents, suspicious activity, or safety concerns immediately</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards</li><li>Follow Reimagined Parking dress code and grooming standards</li><li>Ensure punctuality and accurate timecard punches at the start and end of each shift<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise<br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and teammates</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Basic math and cash-handling proficiency</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Previous cash-handling experience required</li><li>Prior customer service experience preferred</li><li>Informal leadership or “go-to” experience is an asset </li></ul><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong><ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security.
