Caregiver Recruiting Coordinator | Remote | South Africa | EST Times

<p>Safhire connects talented South African professionals with remote roles supporting US-based businesses. We are hiring a full-time Caregiver Recruiting Coordinator to support a US home care agency by managing incoming caregiver applications and turning them into qualified, engaged candidates ready for onboarding. This is a phone-heavy role for someone who enjoys talking to people, can build rapport quickly, and knows how to guide a conversation toward a clear next step. If you have strong phone skills, a warm and persuasive personality, and experience in recruitment, customer service, or sales, we want to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Review caregiver applications received through Indeed and other online job platforms</li><li>Contact applicants by phone and conduct initial screening calls</li><li>Assess whether applicants are suitable for caregiver work and have availability to take on cases</li><li>Explain the caregiver position and walk applicants through what the onboarding process involves</li><li>Use customer-service and sales skills to encourage qualified applicants to move forward with the agency</li><li>Enter qualified and interested applicants into Salesforce accurately</li><li>Hand applicants off to the onboarding team for the remainder of the process</li><li>Keep follow-up organized across a high volume of applicants</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent verbal communication skills in English</li><li>A warm, engaging, and confident phone manner</li><li>Strong customer-service skills and persuasive sales ability</li><li>Good judgment when screening applicants</li><li>Ability to explain a process clearly and simply</li><li>Highly organized with consistent follow-up habits</li><li>Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and applicants</li><li>Experience with Salesforce, Indeed, or other job platforms is an advantage</li><li>Previous experience in recruitment, call center, sales, or healthcare staffing is a plus</li><li>Available full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST</li><li>Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment</li><li>Available to start immediately</li></ul><p><br></p>
