What you'll do...

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Refunds and Returns

Follows Company procedures when processing refunds and returns and completes all required forms accurately.

Customer Service Desk Support
Helps customers with refunds, exchanges, questions, and directions in a friendly and professional manner.

Sales Tax and Records
Keeps sales tax-exempt records accurate and up to date by following Company guidelines.

Claims and Merchandise Handling
Sends damaged merchandise to Claims for processing and checks returned items against refund slips before placing them back on the sales floor.

Scanning and Accuracy
Ensures all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor to support pricing and inventory accuracy.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Physical Demands
• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
