As a Technical Business Analyst, you will contribute to this goal by performing hand-on analysis for new and current products and services integrations with our marketplace platform and our processes.<br><br>Succeeding in this role involves providing solutions that streamline new vendor onboarding and minimize operations impacts of changes to current vendor offering, APIs or processes. To do this, you will collaborate with product managers and other operational and development teams from Platform, Finance, Support, Sales and Marketing.<br><br><strong>Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role<br><br></strong><ul><li>Participate in technical and operational discussions with vendors, and act as an SME for internal teams.</li><li>Assess vendor integration feasibility and complexity level.</li><li>Elicit and document business needs and requirements from identified stakeholders, in the context of new vendor integrations and current vendor integrations improvements.</li><li>Assist the product managers in defining the reselling model.</li><li>Perform partner interviews and participate in escalation calls.</li><li>Propose modifications to our platform needed to streamline vendor integrations or improve overall product acquisition experience.</li><li>Participate in the prioritization of required integrations and modifications.</li><li>Propose modifications to our platform and processes to allow operational efficiency.</li><li>Define success criteria and participate in acceptance testing.</li><li>Work closely with the development teams and other operational delivery teams during the integration phase.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Here's what you need to have and master to get the job<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT or equivalent experience.</li><li>2-5 years of experience in product ownership, functional analysis, business analysis or product management.</li><li>Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.</li><li>Experience within SaaS vendor or reseller ecosystem is considered an asset.</li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps, Postman, Rest API's, SQL, Power BI, Copilot, Python, and/or Power Automate is considered and asset.</li><li>You have an analytic mind and can put things in perspective to look at the big picture.</li><li>You have a thirst for learning and a definite interest in the field of high technology.</li><li>You value teamwork, you demonstrate leadership and exercise a positive influence on the work teams with which you collaborate.</li><li>You are results-oriented and capable of proposing realistic but ambitious business strategies.</li><li>You have a customer centric and business focused mindset and are comfortable having conversations with clients.</li><li>You can work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations.</li><li>You ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits Of Working At Sherweb<br><br></strong><em>Sherweb is, above all, an environment where the needs of our customers are at the heart of our actions.
