Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and fashion-savvy Bridal Stylist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a sharp eye for bridal and fashion trends, and is enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of our boutique.

Sales and/or retail experience is required. Flexibility, dedication, and the ability to handle various responsibilities are essential, as this is a multifaceted position. Additionally, we are expanding our e-commerce business alongside our boutique, offering a diverse and engaging role.

Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one with brides to understand their wedding day vision and assist them in finding their dream dress.
  • Build strong relationships with brides throughout their entire shopping journey, from initial consultation to final fittings.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and offering additional products and services.
  • Assist with organizing and merchandising inventory, as well as steaming and maintaining cleanliness in the boutique.
  • Support marketing efforts, including social media management and contributing creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
  • Embrace opportunities for growth and be open to expanding responsibilities as the business evolves.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in bridal or luxury fashion retail.
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to the success and growth of the business.
Compensation:
  • Hourly wage plus commission based on sales performance.
